About Terrie

Terrie is an executive coach and talent developer for leaders, managers and teams worldwide, Terrie’s international experience, executive coaching skills and tool set, plus 20 years of experience as a CEO and Senior Executive give her a unique vantage point when working with her clients.

Terrie’s work, with individuals and teams, aims to elicit their greatest potentials and best work. She helps her clients improve performance, build relationships, and get results without sacrificing well-being. She helps them navigate the mine fields and blind spots inherent in playing a bigger and bolder game.

Terrie, and her hand selected team of expert coaches and trainers, has tested tools, models, and experience that challenge the un-examined assumptions and behaviors that prevent leaders from generating the results that matter most.   Beyond all the explanations, theories and tired clichés about leadership, their pragmatic and practical approach actually teaches leaders, managers and entrepreneurs how to lead – how to change their habits of thinking and acting – to get the results and outcomes they want.

In addition to Terrie’s 20+ years in talent development and organizational change work, Terrie is a pioneer in the field of coaching. She helped develop the core coaching competencies being used today as the standard of coaching professionalism worldwide. She is a former Board Member of the International Coach Federation, mentors coaches pursuing mastery and teaches executive coaching at the University of Miami as well as in Europe and Asia. She is a contributing author to several books on coaching including: A Coach’s Guide to Emotional Intelligence and The Handbook of Knowledge-Based Coaching. She works with coaches pursuing mastery in the profession.

Prior to coaching, Terrie’s professional career was spent in various management and leadership positions, in both the private and public sectors. She was CEO of an international coaching and leadership development company, a Federal manager overseeing large scale initiatives, and director of a 1,000 person outplacement program. She knows first-hand what it takes to build teams, lead large scale change and navigate complexity. Her passion for people and commitment to make a significant contribution to the performance of companies and individuals eventually led her to become an executive coach.

Terrie’s clients come from a wide variety of professions, backgrounds, and organizational structures that include Fortune 500 company leaders, Socially Responsible Entrepreneurs and Start Ups, Financial Professionals, Federal Managers, Sundance Filmmakers and TED Fellows.
